This program will address the application of commercial arbitration discovery rules under JAMS, AAA, FAA, and State and Federal law from the standpoint of both the practitioner and arbitrator. The scope of permissible discovery under these rules will be addressed in the commercial context, including hearing and pre-hearing discovery; preparing in advance for discovery; proportionality and the limitation of discovery.Â
2024 California International Arbitration Week
The 2024 California International Arbitration Week (CIAW) celebrates international arbitration in California.
