Aaron Gothelf is Regional Vice President of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Division for California. He serves as the National Chair of AAA’s Entertainment Practice, the Western U.S. Chair for AAA’s Technology Practice, and as an Ambassador for the AAA-ICDR Foundation. Aaron is a Council Member for the ABA’s Dispute Resolution Section of which he formally served as Educational Programming Officer. He is Chair of the ABA’s Forum on the Entertainment & Sports Industries, Motion Picture & Television Division. Is a member of the ADR Committee for the Litigation Section of the California Lawyers Association, is Co-Chair of the Executive Committee for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Barristers Litigation Section, and is on the Advisory Board for the USC Gould School of Law Institute on Entertainment Law and Business.

Gary Benton is a full-time US and International Arbitrator based in Palo Alto, California. He works on cutting-edge business and technology disputes including tech development, licensing, corporate investment and acquisitions, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency and A.I. matters. 
 
Gary was previously a partner with the international law firms Pillsbury Winthrop LLP and Coudert Brothers LLP and was the GC for a cybersecurity company serving US national security interests. He is dual qualified as a U.S. lawyer and as an English solicitor. 
 
He is a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators (CCA). He serves on various AAA-ICDR panels and on the panels of other leading institutions in the US, Europe and Asia. 

Gary is the founder and a Director of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC), the nonprofit serving the global technology sector, and the founder and a Director of California Arbitration (CalArb.org), California’s international arbitration group. He is also the Co-Chair of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) International Arbitration and ADR Subcommittee, which originated and co-hosts California International Arbitration Week.
 
In addition to his arbitration practice, Gary lectures at Santa Clara University on arbitration law.
