Please join us for an engaging seminar discussing best practices for settlement conferences before United States Magistrate Judges.  Magistrate Judges from each of the four districts in California will discuss rules governing settlement conferences in each district, and what practitioners can do to best prepare for an effective settlement conference with a Magistrate Judge, covering topics such as the exchange of offers prior to the settlement conference, persuasive settlement briefs, management of client expectations, and tips for reaching a favorable resolution.
