On April 19, 2024, the Environmental Law Section of the California Lawyers Association will present its fifth Energy Law Conference. The conference will be held in-person in downtown Oakland at the main auditorium of the Elihu M. Harris State Office Building (1515 Clay St., Oakland, CA 94612).

This webinar will cover settlement tips from top environmental lawyers and mediators on how to resolve environmental matters including CERCLA, Clean Water Act, CEQA and water rights. Topics will include statutory ADR rules in environmental cases, and interactive dialogue on settlement strategies on issues such as: timing, mediator selection, negotiation principles, insurance, injunctive relief, attorneys' fees, and preparation and management of the ADR session.
