In this fast-paced webinar, a prominent employment defense attorney (Cynthia Hackler Flynn of Hackler Flynn & Associates) and a leading plaintiff employment lawyer (Andrew H. Friedman of Helmer Friedman LLP) will discuss/debate the rights of employees and employers regarding social media posts including what they need to know about employer accessing, monitoring and disciplining employees for Facebook and other social media posts, discovery of social media posts in litigation, and how the National Labor Relations Act applies to politically charged conduct.
