Robert Bowen
Robert Bowen has focused on various aspects of international trade laws since 1999, including during a period of government service at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington. He has served as in-house trade counsel to technology and defense companies since 2005 and is currently in-house trade counsel to a global software company based in California.In addition to legal practice, Robert has taught International Trade Law at university and law school levels in the U.S. and Korea. Robert has an LL.M. degree in International and Comparative Law from the Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, and a B.A. degree from Miami University. He is a member of the State Bars of California and Michigan.
