This program, delivered by prominent and experienced mediators, litigators, mediators and arbitrators is the second in a three part series that will explore and present current views, leading edge thinking, and best practices regarding the use of remote technology tools to facilitate advocacy and management of complex mediations, arbitrations and litigation.
In part two, the speakers will lead participants through hypothetical proceeding in which remote technologies are effectively used and present a workshop focused on the real world challenges and opportunities when using remote technologies in complex proceedings. Case studies will be taken from complex international, intellectual property, and large complex commercial cases. Each session will be interactive, address anecdotal experiences posed by participants and discuss ethics considerations.
