In this interactive program you will learn how to be mindful to competently manage challenging relationships in the law office environment.You’ll acquire tools to reduce stress caused by high emotions and difficulties with new technologies. When you practice awareness, you will notice your mind moves from frustration to focus so you can competently handle complicated issues. This approach will enable you to have positive interactions with your staff, colleagues, clients, and others Thus, you’ll evade the anxiety which often leads to the use of drugs and alcohol to manage your stress.
