Join us for the online 2022 Litigation and Appellate Summit!  We kickoff our Summit with programs of interest to all trial and appellate practitioners, including a live Strict Scrutiny Podcast and a keynote address by U.C. Berkeley School of Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky; our “Updates” panel of important rule, legislative, and case law changes for litigators, appellate lawyers, and ADR practitioners; panels on stays pending appeals and avoiding post trial pitfalls; a panel consisting of the Chief Justices of all four of the United States District Courts discussing civility, district needs and community engagement; a Master Advocates panel with Arturo Gonzalez and Dennis Schoville; and an access to justice panel on how diversity on the bench contributes to justice with Judge Teri L. Jackson.

Registration to the Litigation and Appellate Summit gives attendees access to all presentations. Registrants will have access to the sessions for 30 days after the Summit.
