This session will address AI's strengths and weaknesses in the litigation context, how AI can be best deployed for various litigation workflows, explain the technical reasons for "hallucinations" and other risks, and demonstrate how a legal tech product uses AI in a "safe" manner while maximizing its effectiveness.
