I. INTRODUCTION
This article provides a short course on Special Needs Trusts. It will review the two types of Special Needs Trusts, the duties and responsibilities of a trustee, and considerations in making distributions. The goal is to enable the reader to include the administration of Special Needs Trusts in his or her practice.
