I. NEW PROPOSED RULES
On March 30, 2017, the State Bar of California filed with the Supreme Court the Proposed Amendments to the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of California ("Proposed Rules"). The new set of 34 rules is the result of two years of work by the Second Commission for the Revision of the Rules of Professional Conduct ("Commission") and incorporate feedback from more than 30 public meetings and 600 comments.
