THE FUTURE IS HERE: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE WORKPLACE
As labor and employment practitioners, we have a unique understanding of the concept that change is inevitable. The workplace is constantly evolving due to a variety of forces, including economic, social, political, and technological. We did not have time to adequately prepare for the rapid changes brought about by COVID-19, but we rose to the occasion. A next wave of change is already upon usâthe use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace.
