With the impending holidays, we often give hints to our family and friends about what we would like or need. These are my wishes from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO), to make it even better.
1. TESS Structured Search
Change the default operator for a Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS2) Structured Search to AND. Currently, the default operator is OR. I have never used OR, and I do not know anyone who has. If one forgets to change to AND, the results usually are fantastically large.
