LETTER FROM THE CHAIR

Dear Friends,
I write this on the heels of the Executive Committee’s productive two-day long range planning meeting, which also happened to be my last meeting as Chair of the IP Law Section. The last two years were fraught with challenges for in-person programming as we were often forced to play it by ear as we navigated the ebbs and flows of Covid-19 spread and related restrictions. While we were not able to host as many in-person programs as we wanted, we used the time to get organized, setting in place systems and procedures to better engage our volunteers and to better serve our members, especially in practice areas where they have indicated the most demand and interest. Thus, for 2022-2023, in addition to our excellent online offerings, we plan to bring you several in-person programs for your networking and practice needs.
