Greetings, fellow Business Law Section Members and Friends!
We at the Business Law Section are very proud to bring to you Issue No. 2 of the Business Law News (2023). This issue spans such a diverse array of substantive legal topics, from attorney ethical obligations, to taxation considerations and issues of state and federal law, and their attendant procedural interaction in the courts.
The BLN remains the premiere flagship publication of our beloved section. For over forty years, the BLN has not only provided its readers with cutting edge legal analysis and insights of particular applicability to the California business law practitioner; the BLS represents an opportunity for our members, and a vehicle for reflection and change in the law.
