MCLE: Self-Study Article – Using Metadata in Depositions

This article states the relevant rules Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and California Code of Civil Procedure in regards to metadata, describes what metadata is, discusses how metadata is currently used and outlines how attorneys may utilize exhibit metadata in offensive and defensive depositions.
