US Patent and Trademark Office Implements Trademark Modernization Act Final Rule

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has published a new rule in the Federal Register to implement the provisions of the Trademark Modernization Act (TMA) of 2020. Most revisions to the Trademark rules took effect on December 18, 2021, while a few will take effect on December 1, 2022.
