Karl Molineux
After more than 30 years of practice as a successful commercial and construction litigator, Karl Molineux now practices exclusively as a mediator, special master, and discovery referee. He is noted for his effective management and mediation of complex multi-party construction disputes, non-complex construction disputes, contract disputes, business disputes, real estate disputes, personal injury disputes, and premises liability disputes.
Mr. Molineux has been accredited as a mediator by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine University), the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, the London School of Mediation, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Molineux has been accredited as both a facilitative and an evaluative mediator.
Mr. Molineux is presently a panelist for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (President’s Panel), the London School of Mediation, Alameda County Superior Court, Contra Costa County Superior Court, and the San Francisco Bar Association. He is a member of the faculty of the London School of Mediation and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. His other memberships include the Society of Construction Law, the International Mediation Institute, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Civil Mediation Council, and the Dispute Resolution Section of the ABA.
