June Monroe is a Director in the Irvine office of Fennemore, LLP, a full service 240+ attorney strong firm with offices in California, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado. June practices employment law, agricultural law, commercial law, secured transactions and general business law. She provides a wide range of services to agribusinesses – from startup formation to transactional contracts to operating challenges. She concentrates on federal litigation, in district court and bankruptcy court, to enforce produce suppliers’ statutory rights under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA). June also litigate produce disputes before the USDA and in federal courts.
James Pack
James Pack is a Partner in the Irvine office of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, the world’s largest immigration services law firm. He provides immigration counsel to large, medium and small companies in a wide range of industries, including developing wireless technologies, animated feature film production, video game development and pharmaceuticals. He is a current Board Member of the Orange County Bar Association, and former Chair of the Southern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is a Certified Specialist, Immigration & Nationality Law, State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
