Mari Frank has been a California attorney/ mediator for 35 years. She is an author of 5 books, a podcast host, and she is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court and Family Court Mediator. She serves on the Orange County; CA Superior Court Select Panel of mediators and she mediates for the Orange County Bar Association. Mari serves as an advisor to the Law Practice Management and Technology Executive Committee of CLA and has previously been Chair of the State Bar Committee of Legal Services to Middle Income Persons.
