The California Young Lawyers Association and Real Property Law Section (RPLS) presents: Navigating the Legal Career for Young Attorneys

Please join us for a 60-minute panel discussion with Real Property Law attorneys. In the first section, each panelist will have an opportunity to talk about their career and experiences as a young attorney. Prior to the webinar, participants will be encouraged to submit questions to identify popular concerns and queries.

Speakers: Frantz Farreau, Ashley Peterson, Jonathan Golding, and Nancy Goldstein.

Frantz Farreau is a real estate attorney and broker associate at HomeSmart Realty West. He Received his undergraduate degree in neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University and his law degree from the College of William and Mary Marshall Wythe College of Law. Frantz Farreau's practice as a real estate broker focuses on clearing title issues prior to sale, 1031 exchanges, and working with first time home sellers.
Ashley Peterson is the owner of the Law Office of Ashley M. Peterson in San Diego, California. Her Practice specializes in real estate transactions including commercial and residential property purchases and sales. for sale by owner transactions, commercial and residential leases, easements, and short term rental regulations.
Jonathan Golding has more than 30 years of experience in civil litigation and problem-solving primarily focusing on real estate and construction matters. Jonathan represents property owners, developers, buyers, sellers, investors, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, lenders, landlords, tenants, title insurance companies, and others in all facets of real estate and construction problem-solving and litigation.
Ms. Goldstein received her degree in Chemistry from C.U.N.Y., Lehman College. She worked as an analytical chemist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency before becoming an investigator for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Ms. Goldstein puts her analytical skills to work by solving access issues in real estate matters including determining the existence, use and continuity of easements; assisting with land use decisions; working out difficult real estate, development and escrow issues; and drafting documents.
