This presentation will cover some basics regarding trademark process and procedure, along with specific issues non-profits regularly face such as issues of descriptiveness and licensing.

Our speaker is Heather Antoine, who chairs the trademark and brand protection practice at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, LLP, and co-chairs her firm’s privacy and data security group.  Heather is a Super Lawyers “rising star” and chairs the California Lawyers Association Intellectual Property Section.     


Following Heather’s presentation, the Nonprofit Organizations Committee will continue our regular meeting with announcements, updates, and discussion topics of interest to nonprofit organization attorneys.
