Annual Notice

On January 5, 2024, the CDI issued its 2024 Annual Notice of Significant California Laws Pertaining to Residential Property Insurance Policies, including those related to a Declared State of Emergency. The Annual Notice describes the most significant California laws pertaining to property insurance policies, including those related to a declared state of emergency under California Insurance Code section 14046(a)(1). The Annual Notice may be accessed here.
