2026 New Employment Law Practitioner Conference

Our section’s annual New Employment Law Practitioners Conference is coming up February 5 and 6. It will be held remotely from 9:00-1:00 both days and will feature seasoned experts on the following topics:

• Employment Law 101, Including Discrimination and Harassment
• How Workplace Investigations Play Out in Litigation
• Where Labor and Employment Law Meet
• Wage & Hour Basics
• Navigating Disability Accommodations and the Interactive Process
• Motion Practice from A to Z

Each of the panels will include employer and employee/union perspectives. Judges and other neutrals will join several of the panels to share their valuable perspectives as well. This is a great primer for lawyers new to labor and employment law or who would like an overview of labor and employment law basics to inform other aspects of their practice.
