It was great to “see” so many of you at our successful 26th Annual Public Sector Conference last month. Over 200 Labor & Employment attorneys from across the state joined us for excellent programming. And we even had the opportunity to virtually walk from table to table and mingle during a networking session. Conference attendees can continue to access the platform and watch any of the panels until May 21. The May issue of our Section’s Labor & Employment Law Review will lead off with an MCLE article by Shannon Liss-Riordan and Anastasia Doherty entitled “The New ABC’s of California Employment Law.” The article reviews recent case law interpreting, and initiatives challenging, the application of the ABC test under Dynamex Ops.
