The Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure is soliciting public comment on proposed amendments to appellate, bankruptcy and civil rules. Read more
The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California is accepting applications from appellate attorneys interested in serving as panel attorneys appointed under the Criminal Justice Act. Applications will be accepted only from September 3 through October 7, 2019. Applications for the 2020-2021 panel must be submitted electronically at the court’s website. No paper copies of applications may be submitted. Read more
