CLA staff have been working very hard at setting up our new Association Management System (AMS), which is hosted by Impexium. We have also migrated our email marketing platform to Hubspot, which will enable a more personalized experience with content and subscription management for our members. This marks the first step in CLA’s ascent to the next level, allowing us to provide better and more responsive membership service.

The upgrade will:

• Improve Membership Management: Navigate event purchases, update membership details, and manage personal/professional information hassle-free with our new AMS
• Enhance Communications: Enjoy personalized newsletters tailored to your section membership, with the flexibility to adjust communication preferences anytime
• Improve Community Discussion—coming this summer!: Connect and collaborate with fellow members through our new online forum, stay tuned for more details for launch this summer
• Streamline Backend Operations: We’ve upgraded our backend systems to better serve member needs, ensuring a seamless experience while providing more timely data to leaders
