Expungement and Reexamination Petitions Received Webpage

The USPTO has published a new webpage showing expungement and reexamination petitions that have been received. Under the Trademark Modernization Act of 2020, implemented on December 18, 2021, the USPTO created two new mechanisms for challenging registrations for nonuse — ex parte expungement and reexamination proceedings. The new webpage lists all requests for expungement or reexamination. This page will be updated as as the USPTO receives new requests.
