Employer DEI programs continue to face legal and public relations challenges since the U.S. Supreme Court’s Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard/UNC decisions. Organizations, employees and shareholders are all suing.

The program will help trademark practitioners evaluate non-final office actions received form the trademark Examining Attorney, effectively communicate the issues to their clients, formulate appropriate responses to the issues raised in the office action, and counsel their clients on the appropriate course of action in response.
