Judge Kearse McGill will cover a multitude of professional responsibility issues unique to workers’ compensation including sanctions, penalties, attorney fees, contempt proceedings, fee agreements, and prohibited conduct. Moderator: Hon. Sharon Velzy-Lenington. Speaker: Hon. Kearse McGill.
