Webinar: Why, When, and How to File a Contempt Action in a Family Law Matter

This program offers 1 hour participatory MCLE credit; 1 Legal Specialization in Family Law. You must register in advance to participate:

Tracy Duell-Cazes, a Certified Family Law Specialist and frequent lecturer, will discuss when and why a contempt action should be filed and when and why it should not be filed. There will also be a discussion of the basics of filing a contempt motion. This session does not cover a discussion of defending a contempt motion. This will be covered in a follow up session to be announced.
