David A. Shaneyfelt represents policyholders in claims against insurance companies. His representative cases and matters include the recovery of insurance policy benefits (defense and indemnity) for wage and hour class actions, director and officer (D&O) liability, public entity liability, professional malpractice, construction defects, and homeowner’s coverage. He is a former shareholder with the New York-based firm, Anderson Kill, and a former Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division. He has the highest peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Southern California Super Lawyer each year since 2018.
