This program covers the nuts and bolts of criminal law and procedure, from arraignment to sentencing. The course will include recent developments in the law, including a discussion of Propositions 36, 47, and 56, as well as AB 109. Speakers: Robyn Chew, Lei-Chala Wilson, Alan Yochelson.
