A QDRO is a special type of court order that divides certain retirement plan benefits in a divorce, and is issued in addition to a marital settlement agreement (MSA) or final judgment granting a divorce. Join attorney Ashley K. Quan as she provides an overview and presents a “To Do” checklist on the QDRO basics. This course does not assume prior experience.
