Kimberly R. McGhee, Esq., CELA, is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, and V.A. Certified Accredited Attorney. She is a Member of the California Lawyers Association, Trusts and Estates Executive Committee (TEXCOM), former President of the Southern California National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Member of the Board of Directors for Palomar Health Medical Group, Member of the Board of Directors for Southern Caregiver Resource Center, and contributing author and editor for CEB (Continuing Education of the Bar’s) Trusts & Estates practice guide. She also serves as a Court Appointed Attorney and Guardian Ad Litem in the Superior Court of San Diego County, California.
Ms. McGhee focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, elder law, probate, conservatorships, long-term care planning, and asset protection. She takes an active role in the dementia and elder care community providing support to local community organizations such as Alzheimer’s San Diego, Southern Caregiver Resource Center, community centers and facilities providing care to persons with disabilities.
