Lan Fullerton’s practice focuses on residential property disputes including landlord/tenant, co-ownership, HOA/Condo litigation, and buyer-seller disputes. Lan has resolved hundreds of cases on behalf of Bay Area homeowners. She is also a frequenter speaker for various legal groups and property owner organizations on topics that include landlord/tenant law, short term rental, local rental ordinances, etc. Lan is recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, an honor bestowed on only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 in Northern California. Lan graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she received her J.D. with Certificates of Specialization in Real Estate Law and Litigation and continues to be actively involved with her alma mater.

Anna Liu is a partner at Steven Adair MacDonald & Partners, P.C. and focuses her practice on real estate litigation. She represents clients in a variety of real property matters including commercial and residential landlord-tenant actions, co-ownership, and buyer-seller disputes.  

Anna is active in the legal community and serves as Co-Chair of the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco Barristers Solo and Small Firm Section and on the Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section.

Anna has been a speaker for various organizations including the California Lawyers Association, Bar Association of San Francisco, and Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area. Anna made an appearance on Legal Talk Network to discuss California’s varied short-term rental regulations, and has published articles for the California Lawyers Association, the San Francisco Daily Journal and California State Bar Real Property Journal.

Anna was named to the Northern California “Rising Stars” list published by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, a distinction reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys in Northern California.
