Please share:

February 24, 2023 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

This is a free event and offers no MCLE.

Join us for a Legislation 101 to understand the legislative process in California and how you can get involved through CLA. CLA’s Environmental Law Section’s Legislative Committee serves as a resource to the California Legislature by reviewing environmental, and use, energy, and natural resources bills, offering constructive, non-partisan feedback focused on the legal and technical aspects of draft legislation. Any ELS member is eligible to join the Legislation Committee and participate in this process. If you are interested in contributing to this work, we invite you to learn more about California’s legislative process and how the ELS Legislative Committee works.
