Bethany Ensz is a legal support professional who understands the importance of health and wellness. Bethany obtained her Paralegal Certificate from UC San Diego and obtained a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from University of San Diego School of Law. After a career supporting lawyers in law firms including Dentons, Sheppard Mullin, and Breakwater Law Group, she pursued her passion for fitness and became a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She helps others achieve their wellness goals through her company Sea Change Fitness. She still stays involved in the legal community, working as an instructor for the paralegal program at UCSD Division of Extended Studies and Cuyamaca College.
