Webinar: Anatomy of the Legislative Process – Turning Environmental Concepts into Law
February 7 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Join us to learn about how concepts become bills and bills become law in California. Additionally, the CLA Environmental Law Section (ELS) Legislation Committee serves as a resource to the California Legislature by reviewing environmental, land use, energy, and natural resources bills, offering constructive, non-partisan feedback focused on the legal and technical aspects of draft legislation. Any ELS member is eligible to join the Legislation Committee and participate in this process. If you are interested in contributing to this work, we invite you to learn more about California’s legislative process and how the ELS Legislation Committee works during this free webinar.
