This program provides an excellent overview of California’s residency rules and trends. Speakers will discuss relevant statutes, regulations, and cases, including the Appeal of Mazer, a precedential decision decided by the Office of Tax Appeal on July 23, 2020, as well as other important precedent. This program is ideal for any new or experienced practitioner who wants to learn more about our state’s residency laws.
