LPMT Practice Focus Bundle: Practical CLEs on Ethics, Technology, and Law Practice Management

Through February 28, 2026, California Lawyers Association’s Law Practice Management and Technology Section will offer its third CLE bundle, the LPMT Practice Focus Bundle. This bundle is designed to provide practical, practice focused education while giving attorneys an opportunity to complete required MCLE credits well in advance of the 2026 reporting deadline. 

The LPMT Practice Focus Bundle consists of three CLEs that address recurring issues at the intersection of professional responsibility, technology, and law practice management. One of the included CLEs is “Spotlight on Professional Responsibility and Technology: What Every Legal Team Needs to Know,” which examines how ethical obligations apply in modern legal practice environments. The CLE focuses on competence, supervision, and professional responsibility as attorneys increasingly rely on technology to deliver legal services and manage their practices. 

The bundle also includes “How to Successfully and Ethically Deal with Conflict; Effectively Managing Other Lawyers, Staff and Clients,” which provides one hour of Legal Ethics MCLE credit. This CLE addresses ethical considerations and practical strategies for navigating conflict in professional relationships, including interactions with colleagues, staff, and clients. It is particularly relevant for attorneys responsible for supervision and firm management while maintaining professional standards. 

In addition, the bundle includes “Implicit Bias is Not Just Black or White,” which provides one hour of Implicit Bias MCLE credit. This CLE explores how implicit bias can influence professional judgment, workplace dynamics, and client interactions, and offers attorneys an opportunity to earn Implicit Bias credit through focused, practice relevant discussion. 

Together, the three CLEs are well suited for solo practitioners and small firms, where attorneys often balance client representation with firm management and compliance obligations. All CLEs are available on demand and through CLE2Go, and the bundle is offered at a discounted rate compared to registering for each CLE individually.
