Since 2007, the Labor and Employment Law Section has offered members a FREE “electronic alert service” prepared by mediator Phyllis Cheng.  The California Labor and Employment Case Law Alert provides Section members with virtually contemporaneous notices of California, Ninth Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court published decisions, reviews granted, as well as bills signed into law by the Governor on labor and employment law.
