CHAIR LETTER
Written by Mark T. Guithues, Esq.
Dear RPLS Members:
YOSEMITE! Thank you for joining us for 2026 Real Property Law Retreat May 14-17, 2026 at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite. Attendees were over the moon about this family (and dogs, lots of dogs) friendly retreat-style event combining engaging MCLE programming with opportunities for networking and outdoor activities – all set against the stunning natural beauty of Yosemite National Park’s famous granite cliffs, waterfalls, and giant sequoias. Take a quick second now to calendar April 21-25, 2027, for next-year’s program. We’ll get early registration information out at the end of summer.
As Chair, I also want to take a moment to personally thank you for supporting the Real Property Law Section ("RPLS") Journal and for making RPLS one of the most successful and active sections within the California Lawyers Association.
