MESSAGE FROM THE SECTION OFFICERS
As we close out another successful term, the officers of the Labor and Employment Law Section express sincere gratitude to those who have given their time, talent, and energy to making our section’s conferences, committees, and educational offerings so impactful.
To our Executive Committee members, presenters, authors, planners, and volunteers: thank you. You’ve represented all facets of our professionâlabor, employees, management, mediators, investigators, public, private, and neutral. And you’ve shown, through action rather than words, what it means to uphold the values of civility, collaboration, and education. Not because it’s required, but because it reflects a deeper purpose: strengthening our labor and employment legal community and creating a space in which ideas can be shared and challenged in the service of growth.
Your workâwhether writing thoughtful articles, preparing trainings, leading CLEs, or organizing eventsâhas helped make our section one of the most active and respected in the California Lawyers Association. The quality and consistency of this work is what sets us apart.
We also warmly welcome those stepping into new roles for the coming term. Thank you for raising your hands. Our section continues to thrive because of volunteers like youâwho take time away from careers, families, and other obligations to bring dedication, curiosity, and care to the work we do together.
