I. INTRODUCTION
This Article provides a selection of litigation developments that may be of particular importance to members of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Section, presenting cases that reflect recent California substantive law developments related to the Cartwright Act, the Unfair Practices Act, covenants not to compete, the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, the Unfair Competition Law, and false advertising law.
