When it comes to shaping the future of family law in California, Bree Antenucci is not simply participating. She is leading.

As Vice Chair of the Family Law Executive Committee (FLEXCOM) of the California Lawyers Association and Chair of its Education Committee, Bree is at the forefront of statewide efforts to elevate professional standards, expand continuing education, and strengthen collaboration among family law practitioners.

Bree has served on FLEXCOM for five years, contributing to statewide legislative review, educational programming, and policy initiatives.  This year, she is spearheading one of FLEXCOM’s most ambitious initiatives to date: the inaugural Policy and Practice Summit, a two-day conference taking place August 28–29 in Sacramento. Designed to bring together family law attorneys, judicial officers, and thought leaders from across California, the Summit will focus on emerging policy developments, practical litigation strategies, and forward-looking discussions about the evolving needs of families and courts.

Excellence in Complex Family Law Practice

Beyond her statewide leadership, Bree is a Shareholder at Ross Family Law, a boutique Bay Area firm serving families for over a decade. With more than fifteen years of experience, she is widely respected for handling complex custody disputes and high-stakes litigation with both decisiveness and care.

Her custody work reflects a sophisticated understanding of childhood development and family systems, enabling her to navigate high-conflict matters while remaining focused on outcomes that promote stability and long-term well-being. She represents clients in Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco County Superior Courts.

A Certified Family Law Specialist, designated by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Bree has demonstrated substantial experience and advanced proficiency in family law. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, reflecting the highest standards of professionalism and skill in matrimonial practice.
