No Holds Barred: Unfiltered Conversations Between Bench and Bar

FLEXCOM’s ‘No Holds Barred’ seminar in Walnut Creek on October 25, 2025, brought together leaders from across California’s family law community for a day of genuine dialogue, laughter, and reflection.
The program invited honest conversation about the realities of practicing family law in today’s courts, including maintaining civility and professionalism to managing bias, ethics, and technology in daily practice. The event offered 6.0 hours of Family Law Legal Specialization credit, including 1.0 hour of Civility in the Legal Profession, 2.0 hours of Elimination of Bias, 2.0 hours of Legal Ethics, and 1.0 hour of Technology in the Practice of Law.




A Conversation That Mattered
