Family law can be extremely rewarding yet entirely unforgiving, depending on what type of client happens to walk through your door. In addition to being a stressful and anxiety-riddled and hectic field, family law also often robs us of our own well-being as attorneys.  Sometimes, having empathy in our field works a disservice for us, which is why so many in our area of law become burnt out and seek to pivot from family law altogether.
