This month co-hosts Neil Kalin and Ashley, and a yet to be announced special guest will talk about/debate cases addressing the following issues:
- Whether a permit is necessary to obtain a legal easement for an improvement built on a neighbor’s land;
- Who is responsible for a settlement payment made to a fraudulent account in a spoofed email;
- When is a foreclosure of residential property complete; and
- Whether an inactive California lawyer is eligible to serve as an arbitrator or mediator in California.
